|All sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items only within 30 days from the date of sale. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.|

|We provide a 30 day from date of purchase credit refund/return policy for all merchandise with the exception of special order parts. Returns will be accepted and refunds issued only if the products are unused and were damaged or defective prior to shipping.|
|Refunds for On-Line Services|
|All on-line services must paid in advance. We will do our best to ensure you feel charges are appropriate and refund any differences. Fees for sites disabled due to violation of standard Internet policies are not refundable. Some of these include.
If the activities of a site causes damage to the server or other sites on the server, we will prosecute to recover the expenses we deem appropriate.
- Sending E-Mail that causes one or more services to block or generate complaints about any further messages. (i.e. "Spam")
- Installation of scripts that reduce or disable the server's performance.
- Web pages that attempt to modify the computer or browser software viewing the site in any fashion.
- Activities on a site that may be considered unethical or illegal.
|Shipping charges are non-refundable and returns may be subject to a restocking fee.|

Shipped goods shall be examined by the customer before signing and accepting them from the shipping company. Any damages must be reported to the shipping company immediately. |Product Return Procedure|
|If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-(405) 262-1118 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for proper credit.|
|Return Conditions and Procedures|
If the merchandise is returned by customer via a shipping/courier company:
- All merchandise must be unused and in new condition.
- All merchandise must be properly packaged.
- Whenever possible, merchandise should be packaged the same way and with the same materials as it was received.
- Make sure the merchandise is fully insured and packed properly to avoid damge during shipping.
- Customer information and order number must be clearly printed on the package.
- The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be affixed to package(s) before shipping.
